fantastic stay near gare de l'est
quick check-in warm greeting
I was actually surprised by the quick check-in. A friendly lady at the front desk had my room ready early, a huge relief. the room was clean and well-kept, i really liked this. the gentleman at the elevator offered a warm greeting too.

the hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, simplifying access to metros and tgvs (this made travelling so easy!). this proximity greatly aids transportation, especially for those relying on train travel.

breakfast offered a nice selection, it included several options. the dining area was a bit small, but there seemed to be enough space for everyone. i found the food quality and service satisfactory.

cute arrival transport options comfortable stay
The staff at the reception provided a very cute arrival. The proximity to the transport options was certainly a great convenience. I found the room well-kept and equipped for a comfortable stay.
I experienced some noise from nearby traffic. It was noticeable at certain times during the night.

great location friendly staff room upgrade substandard cleanliness outdated room poor cleaning
I enjoyed the location. It is near the train and metro station. this made travel simple. the staff were cute. i secured an upgrade and received a lovely room.
i found the room cleanliness to be substandard. surfaces needed better cleaning. also, the rooms seem somewhat outdated. they could be refreshed to meet current standards.
